3.2 Account Verification (KYC). 1xwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identity documentation â including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill â prior to processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1xwin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, provided such fee shall not reduce the account balance below zero.

5.1 Placing Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 1xwin system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. 1xwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in contravention of these Terms.
5.2 Odds & Markets. All odds and markets are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. 1xwin reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any market at any time. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, 1xwin reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
5.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical error or system failure that affects the integrity of a market or game outcome, 1xwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.1 General Bonus Terms.
